Loose hair enjoy evening cool		Ekestas trema bild' de l' lun'
Open window lie idle spacious		sur de l' lageto la surfac'.
Lotus wind carry scent air		Kun loza kap-hararo mi
Banboo dew drip clear sound		sur la teraso kuŝas nun,
Wish fetch sound qin pluck		kvietas mia vivo, ĝi
Regret not perceive sound appreciate		sin donas al la lum' de l' lun'.
Feel this think of old friend		Flariĝas melilot-odor',
